These are three achievement tracks that are needed to unlock special abilities. See the Role Achievement articles for details:
Grandmaster
Each of the 6 factions has their own Grandmaster achievement track with 10 achievements. Completing a whole track unlocks all Alliance ships and weapons for PvE. Each Alliance weapon has two versions, so unlocking a weapon unlocks both Mk. I and Mk. II of it.

As before, but you need to win.
A Perfect World
You have to complete "perfect" matches with Veteran and Hell difficulty. Ranks 1 and 3 require Veteran, ranks 2 and 4 require Hell difficulty. The condition for "perfect" is different for each gamemode, even even stricter for ranks 3 and 4.
