Badges are a prize earned by completing achievements, reaching certain goals or winning community events. Badges are a way to show off your achievements on your profile page. A maximum of 3 badges could be displayed on a profile page at once. Redeeming a badge is done through the rewards page under the progress tab.

Rank Badges
Rank badges are awarded for advancing levels in a certain class. When reaching to a rank and acquiring a badge, your title, which appears in front of your character's name in-game changes.
Novice
After reaching level 8 with one of the classes, you lose your novice status and get rewarded with this badge.
