Effects
Heavy Clip rounds reduces spread in guns they are used with, in practical terms it means complete remove of spread. Aside from just reduce chance to missed shot on the distance, lack of spread help to focus damage on specific components of enemy ship, whatever it can be - balloon, mechanic components, or even the armor/hull hitbox. Additional effects of shot like impact force from Minotaur Heavy Cannon also have much more effect when focused in one point of enemy ship. Guns with already zero value of jitter will take only negative side effect. Sometime even a existence of jitter for gun mean nothing in plan of effectivity like on Seraph guns or Kalakuta Gas Mortar.

Terminology
The use of "Clip" is widely criticized and ridiculed. Most weapons in Icarus utilize canisters, breach-loaders, are link-fed or utilize magazines. The term clip is used to identify a strip of metal that holds and stores munitions while a magazine is a device that feeds a weapon from a reservoir of preloaded ammunition.
